Before you buy.
What happens when my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working and your descriptions stay where they are — they live in WordPress, not in our system. What stops is automatic updates, the paid features and support. Renew and they return.
Is there a refund policy?
Fourteen days, no questions asked. Demo Mode exists precisely so you can check the plugin behaves on your library before paying, so we would rather you tried that first than bought and refunded.
Does the Agency licence really mean unlimited sites?
Unlimited sites that you or your agency build and maintain. It is not for redistribution — you cannot bundle AltGenie into a product you sell on. If that is what you need, get in touch and we will arrange proper terms.
Do I pay you anything per image?
No. The licence fee is the only money that reaches us. AI usage is billed by Google or OpenAI directly to your own account at their published rates, and we take no share of it.
Which provider should I pick?
Gemini for most people — it has a free tier and is cheapest per image. OpenAI if you already have an account and prefer it. Google Cloud Vision is there for object-detection work, but Gemini and OpenAI write noticeably better sentences.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrading from Pro to Agency is prorated at checkout — email us and we will send the upgrade link.
